Time for another call! Get the snacks ready, it's going to be a long one. This time round we'll get right into those deeper details so that we can begin shaping the fairytale moment for you both. We will use this as an opportunity to tick off some of the big ticket items such as; venue ideas, catering, themes and your budget. Covering all of these key items allows us to go away and create moodboards, sourcing potential vendors and start putting together the first pieces of this puzzle. You can expect nothing less than regular calls and emails from us to make sure that we remain aligned, but most of all to make sure that we, as a team, we deliver everything that you've asked for.
Receive your proposal
Following your initial consultation, we'll provide you with a proposal containing your quotation along with a list of everything that we agreed to provide for you. If you're satisfied with the details and ready to proceed with us as your wedding planner, we'll prepare your contract and invoice for the deposit. If you'd like to make some revisions to it, we can certainly accommodate this and then review it together to make sure it's exactly what you need. Once everything is signed and the deposit is taken care of, this is where the magic starts to happen!

This initial call is designed to help us, as wedding planners, understand your vision and allows you, as a couple, to see what we bring to the table.
